PaddockShare1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using PaddockShare, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Child Safety Standards, and any community guidelines referenced herein.
PaddockShare is operated by Spota Labs, Inc. ("SpotaLabs", "we", "us"). PaddockShare is a marketplace for enthusiast car storage: owners find and book secure spaces, manage digital access and book care services, and hosts list spaces and offer services.
2.User Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old (or older where local law requires)
- Must be able to form a legally binding contract
- PaddockShare may suspend access if age, identity, or account behavior violates our policies
3.Use of the Platform
You may use PaddockShare to:
- Find and book secure storage for your car
- Manage digital access, visits and pick-ups
- Book care services such as battery tending, detailing and event prep
- List your own space and offer services as a host
You may not use the platform to:
- Harass, stalk, or track others without consent
- Post hate speech, explicit content, or violent material
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent who you are
- Engage in unauthorized promotions or scams
- Reverse engineer or exploit the app technically
- Arrange bookings outside PaddockShare to avoid fees
4.Account Security
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
- You must notify us immediately at support@spotalabs.app of unauthorized activity
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts due to policy violations
5.User-Generated Content (UGC)
- You retain ownership of any photos, videos, recordings, documents, or other content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant SpotaLabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate and improve PaddockShare. We'll only feature your content in our marketing with your permission
- You may not upload content you don't have the rights to (e.g. stolen photos, other people's documents)
6.Storage, Bookings & Hosting
Our Role:
- PaddockShare connects car owners with independent hosts. Unless a listing says it's operated by SpotaLabs, we don't own or operate storage locations or perform care services.
- We review listings before they go live, but we can't guarantee a location's security, climate conditions or the quality of services.
Bookings & Cancellations:
- The price, fees and the host's cancellation policy are shown before you book.
- Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown when you booked.
Insurance & Your Vehicle:
- Keep your own vehicle insurance active while your car is stored. SpotaLabs doesn't insure vehicles.
- Remove valuables, and tell the host about anything they need to know, such as leaks or battery issues.
Hosting:
- Hosts must have the right to use their space for vehicle storage and follow the laws, permits, fire-safety, insurance and tax rules that apply to it.
- Hosts must describe their space accurately, honor confirmed bookings and keep appropriate insurance.
Access Rules:
- Only access a location during your booked window, and never share your access pass.
- Don't store hazardous materials, or anything illegal, in a booked space.
7.Misuse Policy
Prohibited Activities:
- Sharing access passes or entering locations outside your booking.
- Posting fake listings or reviews.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
- Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized third-party apps.
Prohibited Content:
- Content that promotes illegal activities or dangerous driving.
- Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory content.
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Personal information of others without consent.
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors, which we report to the authorities (see our Child Safety Standards).
8.Subscription & Billing
- PaddockShare is free to download. PaddockShare Turbo and the SpotaLabs Ecosystem plan are optional subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Storage bookings and care services are paid by card through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe), not the App Store or Google Play. By booking, you authorize the total shown, including service fees.
- No refunds are issued for unused subscription time unless required by law. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
9.Location Usage
- Location is used to find storage spaces near you
- Where a location requires it, location is used to confirm you're on site when you unlock access
- PaddockShare does not track your location in the background
10.Data Collection

11.Vehicle & Listing Information
Vehicles and Spaces:
- Only store vehicles that you own or have permission to store.
- Provide accurate vehicle details and disclose any known issues.
- Hosts must keep listings, photos, amenities and availability accurate.
12.Community Guidelines
Respectful Behavior:
- Treat all community members with respect and courtesy.
- Be honest in everything you post and every deal you make.
- Report inappropriate behavior or content to help maintain community standards.
13.Intellectual Property
PaddockShare and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spota Labs, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
14.Limitation of Liability
PaddockShare is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotaLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from dealings with other users, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss. Users are responsible for their own safety and compliance with local laws. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
15.Termination
You can stop using PaddockShare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, or for any activity deemed harmful to the community or platform.
16.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
