Scavenja1.Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Scavenja, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any community guidelines referenced herein.
Scavenja is operated by Spota Labs, Inc. ("SpotaLabs", "we", "us"). Scavenja helps you find car parts: photograph a part, let automated tools identify it, and search third-party marketplaces, forums, junkyard inventories and suppliers for matching listings.
2.User Eligibility
- Must be at least 16 years old (or older where local law requires)
- Users under 18 must have parental consent
- Scavenja may suspend access if age, identity, or account behavior violates our policies
3.Use of the Platform
You may use Scavenja to:
- Identify parts from a photo
- Search marketplaces, forums, junkyards and suppliers for listings
- Compare listings and check fitment information
- Save searches and get alerts for new matches
You may not use the platform to:
- Harass, stalk, or track others without consent
- Post hate speech, explicit content, or violent material
- Impersonate other users or misrepresent who you are
- Engage in unauthorized promotions or scams
- Reverse engineer or exploit the app technically
- Find or trade stolen parts
4.Account Security
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
- You must notify us immediately at support@spotalabs.app of unauthorized activity
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts due to policy violations
5.User-Generated Content (UGC)
- You retain ownership of any photos, videos, recordings, documents, or other content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant SpotaLabs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share it as needed to operate and improve Scavenja. We'll only feature your content in our marketing with your permission
- You may not upload content you don't have the rights to (e.g. stolen photos, other people's documents)
6.Part Identification & Listings
Third-Party Listings:
- Listings come from third-party sites and sellers. SpotaLabs doesn't sell parts and isn't a party to any purchase.
- We don't guarantee a listing's availability, price, condition or authenticity, or anything about the seller.
- Purchases are between you and the seller, on their terms. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Identification & Fitment:
- Identifications, OEM numbers and fitment information are estimates and come with a confidence level.
- Confirm part numbers and fitment with the seller or manufacturer before you buy.
7.Misuse Policy
Prohibited Activities:
- Scraping Scavenja's results or reselling its data.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
- Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized third-party apps.
Prohibited Content:
- Content that promotes illegal activities or dangerous driving.
- Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory content.
- Copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Personal information of others without consent.
- Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors, which we report to the authorities.
8.Subscription & Billing
- Scavenja is free to download. Scavenja Turbo and the SpotaLabs Ecosystem plan are optional subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
- No refunds are issued for unused subscription time unless required by law. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
9.Location Usage
- Location is optional and only used to show local listings and pickup distances
- Scavenja does not track your location in the background

11.Garage & Vehicle Information
Vehicle Profiles:
- Add accurate vehicle details to get the best fitment results.
- Keep vehicle information updated and current.
12.Community Guidelines
Respectful Behavior:
- Treat all community members with respect and courtesy.
- Be honest in everything you post and every deal you make.
- Report inappropriate behavior or content to help maintain community standards.
13.Intellectual Property
Scavenja and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spota Labs, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
14.Limitation of Liability
Scavenja is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotaLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from dealings with other users, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss. Users are responsible for their own safety and compliance with local laws. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
15.Termination
You can stop using Scavenja and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, or for any activity deemed harmful to the community or platform.
16.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of September 30, 2026, and apply to all users of Scavenja.
