1.Zero-Tolerance Policy

Shifta maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that exploits or endangers minors.

We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and take the protection of minors extremely seriously. We use multiple layers of protection to prevent, detect, and remove harmful content.

2.Content Moderation

We moderate user-generated content, including:

  • Listing photos and descriptions
  • Messages
  • Usernames and profile information
  • User interactions and behavior patterns

Our moderation combines automated detection tools with human review to identify and remove harmful material quickly.

3.Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report any suspected child exploitation or abuse through:

4.Legal Compliance & Cooperation

All verified reports of CSAM or child exploitation are promptly escalated to:

  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Local law enforcement authorities
  • Other relevant authorities as required by law

We cooperate fully with law-enforcement investigations and comply with all applicable child protection regulations, including:

  • 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (CyberTipline reporting requirements)
  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • International child safety standards

5.Prevention Measures

Shifta implements multiple safeguards to prevent child exploitation:

  • Age requirement: Users must be 18+ to create an account
  • Automated detection: Automated systems flag potentially harmful content
  • Community guidelines: Clear rules against exploitation and abuse in our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension: Immediate action against violators
