Delete Your Data

1.Your Rights

Under various privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. These rights apply regardless of your location, though specific legal protections may vary by jurisdiction.

2.Delete an App Account

Each SpotaLabs app has its own account. To delete one, follow the steps for that app. Each page explains what's deleted, what's kept, and how to request deletion without the app:

3.Unsubscribe From the Newsletter

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. To delete your subscription record entirely, email privacy@spotalabs.app from the subscribed address.

4.Delete Website Data

To delete messages you've sent us or anything else we hold from the website, email privacy@spotalabs.app. To clear your cookie choices, delete the sl_consent cookie in your browser settings.

5.What We Keep

• Suppression List - Your email address, so we never email you again after you unsubscribe
• Legal Compliance - Data required by law
• Backup Systems - Data in secure backups (automatically purged within 30 days)

6.Verification Process

To prevent unauthorized deletions, we may send a confirmation link to your email address before deleting anything.
