This Privacy Policy explains how Spota Labs, Inc. ("SpotaLabs") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you visit spotalabs.app or subscribe to our newsletter.

- The products you want to hear about
- When you subscribed and your subscription status
Messages:
- Your email address and anything you include when you contact us
Cookie Preferences:
- Your cookie choices, stored in a cookie on your device
Technical Data:
- IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability

- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Resend, which stores newsletter subscriptions and delivers our emails

- Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. After that we may keep your email address on a suppression list so we don't email you again
- Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you, and then deleted
- Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access or export your data
- Request corrections or deletion
- Withdraw consent, including unsubscribing from the newsletter at any time
- File a complaint with a regulatory authority

9.Children
The website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact privacy@spotalabs.app.
